At the age of fourteen, I received my first camera. At the time, I had no idea that photography was far more than simply pressing the shutter. I only began to understand this when I discovered the prestigious Institute of Creative Photography, which I later successfully completed.
For four years, I ran my own photography studio, gaining invaluable experience in working with people and mastering lighting techniques. Among my greatest achievements, I count collaborations with the Ladná Čeladná festival, one of Central Europe’s most significant music festivals – Colours of Ostrava, the prestigious fashion event Mercedes-Benz Prague Fashion Week, as well as shoots for the Prague-based fashion brand Poner and the New York brand ASATO.
Each collaboration has strengthened me and solidified my position as a professional photographer with an international reach.
I work in the Czech Republic and, by commission, anywhere in the world. I collaborate with fashion brands, media, actors, artists, musicians, as well as individuals who expect a professional result and an exceptional photography experience.
Alongside my portrait work, I have long been dedicated to documentary photography. For me, it is a way of thinking about reality and time. I do not stage — I observe. I capture relationships, environments, and subtle transformations that often gain meaning only with the passage of years. Documentary photography is, for me, a lasting record of the present and an integral part of my artistic identity.
